Dan Cousens
B2C Operations Manager
Dan manages the day-to-day B2C operations for our clients and oversees the warehouse floor team on a daily basis. He is responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, while maintaining high operational standards across the warehouse.
Dan plays a key role in workflow management, staff coordination, and resolving any operational issues quickly to keep client fulfilment running smoothly.

Euan Pollard
Warehouse Team Leader
Euan is a Team Leader within our warehouse operation, working closely with the floor staff to ensure daily targets are met efficiently and safely. He supports staff training, monitors performance, and helps maintain consistency across all warehouse processes.
Euan acts as a key link between management and the warehouse team, ensuring instructions are followed correctly and client requirements are met.

Vanya Ross
Inbound & Booking-In Manager
Vanya oversees the full booking-in process for all incoming stock, including Amazon returns and new inbound shipments. She is responsible for scheduling deliveries, booking goods into our warehouse, and accurately locating stock within our warehouse management system.
Her role ensures that all inbound goods are correctly received, recorded, and made available for fulfilment without delay.

Niki Ross
Inspection & Refurbishment Manager
Niki manages our inspection and returns processing team. All returned items requiring testing, checking, or refurbishment are routed through a dedicated inspection area under her supervision.
Whether items are electronic or non-electronic, Niki ensures they are assessed correctly, repaired or refurbished where possible, and either returned to stock or reported back to the client with clear outcomes.

Sandra Posfai
Administration & Client Support
Sandra plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the Kings Park 3PL operation. She supports clients with daily queries, prepares and prints FBA instructions, and ensures all client processes are kept as simple and efficient as possible.
Sandra is often the first point of contact for clients and works closely with all departments to keep communication clear and operations running smoothly.

Ade Akeyami
Electronic Repairs Specialist
Ade holds one of the most technical roles within the business. Once returned items are processed and deemed faulty or in need of repair, Ade carries out diagnostics, repairs, and refurbishments where possible.
He works closely with clients to provide updates on repair status and helps recover maximum value from returned or damaged electronic goods.

Joshua Pollard
Operations Manager
Joshua oversees the full operational function of Kings Park 3PL. He manages all departments, ensuring processes run efficiently from inbound goods through to fulfilment, inspection, and dispatch.
His focus is on maintaining high service standards, improving workflows, and ensuring every client receives a smooth, reliable end-to-end service.

Mark Young
Head of Inbounds
Mark manages all inbound logistics and shipment coordination. He arranges container collections, communicates with clients regarding arrivals, and ensures shipments are booked into the warehouse correctly and on time.
Mark works closely with ports, hauliers, and the warehouse team to ensure inbound goods are received without delays and fully integrated into our UK operation.
